French Fries Ingredients:
- Potatoes – 5 Big sized
- Salt – 1/4 table spoon
- Red Chilli powder – 1/2table spoon
- Oil for frying
Finger chips preparation
- Peel the skin and cut them into even pieces.
- Put them into salt water for 1/2 hour.
- Then wash twice properly.
- Spread over a towel to remove excess of water.
- Then deep fry in oil till they turn into golden brown colour.
- Then remove form oil from it . remove excess of oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Now french fries are ready to serve
- Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sauce.
