indian kitchen : potato finger chips


French Fries Ingredients:
  • Potatoes – 5 Big sized
  • Salt – 1/4 table spoon 
  • Red Chilli powder – 1/2table spoon
  • Oil for frying  

Finger chips preparation

  • Peel the skin and cut them into even pieces. 
  • Put them into salt water for 1/2 hour.
  • Then wash twice properly.
  • Spread over a towel to remove excess of water.  
  • Then deep fry in oil till they turn into golden brown colour. 
  • Then remove form oil from it . remove  excess of oil and sprinkle with salt. 
  • Now french fries are ready to serve
  • Serve hot with tomato ketchup or sauce.
